We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team!
Administrative Assistant description:
- Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key information
- Produce and manipulate visual aids to enhance presentations and reports
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, ensuring all details are seamlessly executed
- Work closely with team leaders, sponsors, and event attendees to facilitate smooth communication and coordination
- Provide general administrative support to the Capital Planning Team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence
- Create, distribute, and update agendas for meetings and events
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other MS Office Suite applications
