Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Ball Ground, GA 30114
Pay: $20 to 25/hour based on experience
Job Type:  Full-Time – Direct Hire
Shift: 2^nd shift | Mon-Fri (some Saturdays required) | 12pm-8pm (Must complete training on 1^st shift 6am to 2:30pm)

Production Supervisor description:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and meet customer demands.
• Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.                                                                      - In-depth knowledge/skilled in manufacturing, production, training and retaining information, process and procedure implementation,  equipment repair, lean management, and other relevant manufacturing processes.                                                                                          - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use tools such as micrometers                                                                                                    - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team                                                                                                        - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement                                                                                                        - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment                                                                                                                       - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
