Location: Marietta, GA 30062
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Job Type:  Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 7am-3:30pm

Lead Mold Shop Technician description:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of mold shop technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality mold production.
  • Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the mold manufacturing process.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of mold manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications, and provide input to improve mold designs.
  • Operate extrusion, blow molding, and injection molding machines based on product specifications/requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns and return equipment to optimal efficiencies.
  • Working knowledge of electrical connections, hydraulics, pneumatics is necessary for success in this role.
