Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Canton, GA 30114
Pay: $18-$19 per hour
Job Type:  Direct Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift | Mon-Fri | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Customer Service Representative description:

  • Answer calls and email inquiries from customers.
  • Receive and process customer orders via fax, email, EDI, and customer websites.
  • Schedule deliveries with consideration of production and lead time of product.
  • Process customer orders via SAP.
  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
